We have both been in previous marriages that did not work out, but having traveled those paths, we now know better than ever, who we are, where we're going, and with whom we want to travel on the road of life. Some of the lessons we choose to learn in this life are painful and difficult, but we must go through with the lesson. Myrna and I are in a place in our lives where we are at peace with ourselves and each other, and we treasure our togetherness with a depth and breadth that neither of us were able to experience in our previous marriages.
